Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify new customers and maintain existing customers for daily sales and project-basis sales
- Establish, maintain, and develop professional customer relationships
- Review and evaluate sales and marketing strategies to suit market demand
- Timely follow-up and evaluation of the qualification of marketing and sales leads and other marketing issues
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets for new and existing business
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Engineering preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in oil and gas industries (rigging, lifting, steel fabrication, and offshore CCU)
- Age below 35 years old
- Holding SIM A license
- Familiar with PTK 007 MIGAS tender regulation
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, with good command of English (a must)
- Fast learner, able to work under pressure
- Resourceful, meticulous, and well organised
- Strong analytical skills in technical matters
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Balikpapan

Fabrication Engineer
General requirements
- Prepare and complete process engineering design and drawings, coordinated with related departments, for process engineering deliverables
- Provide technical consultation for fabrication and rigging to support company projects
- Deep experience in preparing calculations and process data sheets for equipment and instrumentation, plus operating procedures and philosophies
- Fully conversant with applicable international codes and standards for the specialty
- Support the sales department by preparing documents such as SMS, BOQ, etc.
- Develop detailed plans, schedules, and milestones for each fabrication
- Review progress and intervene as necessary to keep schedules on track
- Monitor manpower and productivity to meet daily targets
- Recommend workflow and process improvements for operational effectiveness
Specific requirements
- Minimum S1 Engineering degree or equivalent
- 3–5 years of structural engineering experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Thorough knowledge of related engineering disciplines and proficiency with baseline software
- Understanding of civil and marine engineering is a plus
- Familiarity with structural analysis software is an advantage
- Experience providing technical specifications and datasheets for procurement
- Familiar with all associated codes and standards
- Competent with AutoCAD, SketchUp, solid modelling, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Good communication skills — English is a must
- Strong organisation and self-motivation
